In this paper, we have been calculated linear attenuation coefficient (µ), half value layer (HVL), tenth value layer (TVL) and mean free path (l) of two shape memory alloys in the energy range 122 keV to 1330 keV. From the present study, it is observed that the variation of obtained values of all parameters strongly depends on the photon energy; it decreases or increases due to chemical composition and density of the sample. These samples have been studied extensively using WinXCOM program and transmission curves have been plotted with photon energy. The results of this present study can be useful in cable sheathing, ammunition, lead wire, pigments, automatic sprinkler and other technological applications.

In order to carry out the descriptive statistics a structured questionnaire has been framed and a five point Likert scale has been devised. The questionnaire has been administered among 175 respondents selected by using judgmental sampling. To examine and assess the relationship between dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) and independent variables (Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Perceived credibility, and Customer attitude) correlation and regression analysis will be applied. The results obtained from descriptive, correlation and regression analysis will be tested using suitable statistical tests at appropriate significance levels.

In view of the scarcity of exact confirmation, just conditional conclusions are progressed. For instance, the most widely recognized PLC example is the established, ringer molded bend, and however it is not the sole shape. The utilization of various gauging methods over the PLC have met with just direct achievement. Next to no examination has been conducted either on how distinctive attributes of the firm impact the PLC or on the real utilization of different PLC-system hypotheses by business organizers. At last, specialists have concentrated only on approving the presence of the PLC idea among nondurable purchaser products. Mechanical things, and also significant Product changes, have been almost overlooked. The principle conclusion is that extra research-more expanded and broad in nature-is required on numerous PLC subjects.

In this present era, each country takes various steps to make their country a strong country in each and every face like- in education , finance , employment , defense etc. So it is necessary for our country ( India) to take various steps for make our country strong in every sector. For this the Government of India take various actions and launch various programme like ‘Digital India’, ‘Make –In- India’ and ‘’Startup India’. ‘Startup India’ is a plan of Indian Government which develop entrepreneurial skills among the people of India.
Startup India campaign is based on an action plan aimed at promoting bank financing for start-up ventures to boost entrepreneurship and encourage startups with jobs creation. The campaign was first announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his 15 August 2015 address from the Red Fort.
It is focused on to restrict role of States in policy domain and to get rid of "license raj" and hindrances like in land permissions, foreign investment proposal, environmental clearances. It was organized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion.
The main aim of this paper is to know ‘how this plan change the face of Indian e-commerce ecosystem’. This paper discuss the meaning, benefits, assessment of performance of states, opportunities and challenges of Startup India.

Demonetization is the act of stripping a currency unit of its status of legal tender or scrapping high value denomination currency unit in the country. The government reasoned that this process would strength the hands of common citizens in the fight against corruption and black money and counterfeit notes which used to fund terror attacks, he viewed that how the magnitude of cash in to circulation is linked to inflation and how inflation situation has worsened due to the cash deployed through corrupt means which widened the gap between have’s and have not’s and brought huge inequalities in income distribution. He reiterated that despite India’s very good growth trajectory on the world average it ranked 130th position by the World Bank in the list of 189 countries. With this all measures the rulers of the country expected transparency in tax compliance, realization of assets and people of the country at some extent. Unplanned and sudden move had brought a big impact on the common man and the livelihood of daily wage earners, artisans had been affected badly. We get to see serpentine lanes before the banks and ATM’s to convert old currency notes for new currency and withdrawal of cash. Government had failed to maintain enough new currency stock at the chest of banks to remonetise which brought the economy to grinding halt for some time and the country’s growth rate has been affected. The government could have done the process of demonetization in a phased manner without affecting the common man. Hence, the very purpose of demonetization is to weed out corruption from the system which it had failed to address.

Mercury, zinc and cadmium was estimated in pellet (take up/accumulation), washing of pellet (loosely bound/adsorbed) and supernatant (left over/unavailable) of these strains. Mercury, zinc and cadmium uptake ability of these strains was checked. Mercury uptake ability of Pseudomonas CrT-8 and Pseudomonas S-3 was greater than Pseudomonas Crm-8. All the strains have great ability to volatilize the mercury except Pseudomonas CrT-8. These strains can uptake zinc. Pseudomonas CrT-8 and Pseudomonas S-3 can uptake cadmium but in low amount. Pseudomonas Crm-8 cannot tolerate CdCl2. Protein analysis of these strains under metallic stresses revealed that they synthesized new polypeptides with different metals. In Pseudomonas CrT-8 polypeptides of 36KD, 30KD, 26KD and 8KD with Zn and polypeptides of 48KD, 44KD and 15KD with Hg were synthesized. Pseudomonas Crm-8 two new protein bands of 45KD and 30KD were appeared.

To present this interaction, I will apply the eco- psychological theory; which is the mixture of eco criticism and psychology. The journey of Siddhartha is the conflict of his inner and outer desires. He suffered from the lust, greed, anger and the natural human desires. Siddhartha’s journey is from innocence to knowledge and then to wisdom. Siddhartha is an example of Freud’s theoretical points in analyzing a person’s psychology. In the process of finding his goal of enlightenment,. we will see how he will solve the hurdles that came into his way, or how he himself is a hurdle. Siddhartha’s arrogant attitude towards others will lead him to the path of bad deeds. Siddhartha is denying the importance of teachers which is his id that he is the only superior beings who knows everything.

Here, the oxidation process is very much fast that some of the produced formaldehyde is converted into formic acid. The formic acid is produced is in very less amount as compared to main product but formic acid is also produced in its pure form and can be collected easily. The collected amount of formic acid was tested through some laboratory tests to check the acidic properties of the formic acid. Besides this, the formic acid is also analyzed by IR spectroscopy.
