When it comes to money and investing, the individual portfolio investor is not always as rational as he believes he is – which is why there's a whole field of study that explains an individual’s sometimes irrational and strange behavior. This research paper mainly deals with the insight into the theory and findings of behavioral finance and the financial bubbles in history. The paper will also assist individual investors to avoid these “mental mistakes and errors†by recommending some important investment strategies for those who invest in stocks and mutual funds.

This paper examines the impact of selected acroeconomic variables on Sovereign Bond Market returns of India. A causal design has been used to examine effect of macroeconomic variables on bond market return. It is revealed that 40% of sovereign bond return is explained by interest rate, exchange rate and consumer price index. It is also found out
that there existed a strong correlation (relationship) between the variables used in the study viz. sovereign bond returns, interest rate, exchange rate and consumer price index.
Hand gesture recognition provides an intelligent, natural, and convenient way of human–computer interaction (HCI). Sign language recognition (SLR) and gesture-based control are two major applications for hand gesture recognition technologies . SLR aims to interpret sign languages automatically by a computer in order to help the deaf communicate with hearing society conveniently. Since sign language is a kind of highly structured and largely symbolic human gesture set, SLR also serves as a good basic for the development of general gesture-based HCI. In this paper we are discussing work done in the area of hand gesture recognition and analyze the methods for recognition of hand gesture.

One of the ways of reducing power is to use the reversible technology. Reversible logic has received great importance in the recent years because of its feature of reduction in power dissipation. It finds applications in low power digital designs, quantum computing, nanotechnology, DNA computing etc. Large number of researches are currently ongoing on sequential and combinational circuits using reversible logic. Multiplier is one of the most important circuits used in combinational logic. In this article, we have proposed an efficient design of 8-bit Multiplier using MHNG and Peres reversible logic gates. In order to show the efficiency, lower bounds of the proposed designs are shown in terms of power consumption and quantum cost needed.

ER and photo initiator (PI) were mixed together and then mixtures were cured through a curing reaction which was proceeded in the presence of infrared or ultraviolet light (UV-Light), or an electron beam.

The core discussion of the paper is based on the overview of SPI history, frameworks of SPI, research methods concerning SPIs. The most commonly used methods for SPI literature are, organizational paradigms and affinity analysis. We used organizational paradigms to find the different critical factors and discussed the effectiveness of each factor. These factors are used to find out the success or failure of software process improvement in any organization. These organization paradigms involve open system view, rational system view, natural system view and complex adaptive system view. After finding the critical factors we try to sub categorized these critical factors using affinity analysis. These factors involve management, organization, project, process, team and users. Furthermore, we explained that how much these critical factors affect the success or failure of SPI. We critically analyze the difference between the factors determined by the researchers by applying the organization paradigms. The detailed analysis of the factors and methods gives contribution to the field of software industry.

Most of the time flexible pavement in India needs to be constructed over problematic and poor sub-grade. Such type of sub-grade has low CBR (California Bearing Ratio), which thereby increases the thickness of the pavement. Thus to increase the CBR of such soil we undertake the process of stabilization, thereby reducing the thickness of pavement. The following work was carried out in order to determine the effect of lime, Fly Ash and combination of both on the stabilization of weak soil and thereby effects on Maximum Dry Density (MDD), Optimum Moisture Content (OMC) and CBR of the sub-grade soil.
