This paper presents the review of the Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) array fed water pumping system using a DC Motor Drive. The penetration of renewable energy powered water pumping systems in industrial and domestic applications receiving wide attention nowadays. The introduction of a DC motor brings an improved solution to the commercial water pumping system. SPV array fed water pumping system using DC mainly consist the maximum power from the solar Photovoltaic (PV) array by restraining the duty ratio of the DC-DC boost converter. The results will be presented in terms of performance parameters such as total energy produced and total volume of water pumped and further validate that MPPT can significantly improve efficiency and performance of PV water pumping system compared to the system with and without MPPT.

The outcome of the paper shows various play with examples and make a content that children's are most important for future strategy in everything because they are the future leader of every nation, therefore their appropriate development in mentally and physically, and spiritually is important for the wellbeing to a human being. Therefore a strategy has created through various ideas and examples through this paper to follow the way for child development; this is the outcome. The question is; how can children be safer environmentally and thus playing freely and decide independently? The future activity is to precise more about child knowledge in developing countries and more development of motherhood for their child development.

The study showed that traditional resources are more used such as print books, journals, projects, newspapers ,also, electronic resources like internet, e databases etc only 8% used non-print resources like compact disc(CD) read only memory (CD ROM). Survey research design was used in this study whose population consisted of all registered library users in the 2018/2019 academic session. Accidental sampling technique was used to select 400 respondents out of a total population of 2,667 registered users. Questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics (simple percentage) The study reveals that the students become aware of the library resources and services through the polytechnic effort of introducing library courses, orientation as well as directional signs within the polytechnic. The study further reported varying frequency of used as well as increase utilization as result of electronic resources provided. The major challenges identified are lack of information literacy skills, poor subscription of network. Some suggestions were outlines.

Therefore, effective treatment and management of wound infections in hospital and community setting will require detailed epidemiological knowledge of the infecting bacterial pathogens and their antibiogram unusual to the environment. Based on this information, we examined the frequency and antibiogram of bacterial pathogens isolated from wound infection cases seen at Nagpur Government Hospital over the study period. Bacterial growth was observed in the vast majority of wound. Most of the bacteria isolated were Gram-negative. Staphylococcus aureus was the most common isolated organism followed by other Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the most common isolated bacteria in all patients whereas Klebsiella pneumoniae was the most common isolated bacteria in young patients. Gram-positive isolates were resistant to ampicillin, penicillin, colistin and norfloxacin, while Gram-negative isolates were resistant to penicillin, ampicillin, tetracycline, Tobramycin and Cefotaxime.
Keywords:Majority of individuals are infected from cancer worldwide. Many types of cancer have been reported in previous years and liver cancer is one of them. 840,000 new cases of liver cancer have been reported worldwide in 2018. Liver cancer is the 5th common disease in men and 9th in women. Smoking, chronic infection, hepatitis (hepatitis B & hepatitis C virus), liver cirrhosis, and genetic/epigenetic changes are the most common risk factor for liver cancer. Epigenetics may be defined as the change in gene expression without any change in DNA sequence. Epigenetic changes include DNA methylation, histone modification, and RNA associate silencing. Promoter hypermethylation of tumor suppressor genes may be considered as a prominent cause of liver cancer. A lot of hypermethylated genes have been reported as a biomarker for the prognosis of liver cancer. Some of these tumor suppressor genes such as BCL6B, RIZ1, SYK, GSTP1, DKK3, FPB1, TIP30, and ZHX2 are described in this paper.
