Abstract:

Implementing the already existing circuits using reversible logic has drawn a significant interest in recent years as a promising computing technique having application in low power CMOS, quantum computing, nanotechnology, optical computing, etc. Reversible logic gates offer significant advantages such as high speed, low power, ease of fabrication …etc. Also, circuits designed using these circuits would have better performance as compared to existing circuits. Main goals of reversible logic synthesis is to minimize the garbage, to minimize the delay, to minimize the total number of gates and also to minimize the width of the circuit.  In this paper, designer implemented 2:1 MUX, D-Flip-Flop and PIPO shift register using reversible logic gates.

Abstract:

The mobile ad-hoc network is the self configuring type of network in which mobile nodes can change its location any time. Due to its decentralized nature, much type of active and passive attacks is possible in the network. Jamming is the active type of attack which degrades network performance in terms of throughput, Packetloss, Retransmission attempts, Delay and PDR.  In this work, novel technique is been proposed which will detect and isolate malicious nodes from the network. The proposed technique will be based on monitor mode and threshold. The simulation is been performed in NS2 and it is been analyzed that proposed technique performs well in terms of throughput, Packetloss, Retransmission attempts, Delay and PDR.

Abstract:

In the past decade Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have become a topic of interest in many research organizations. UAV can engage in finding unusual objects and they can perform their surveillance. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAVs) is controlled from the control room. Now a day’s UAVs are used in many sectors like rescue, coast guard etc. The project expose that the UAV is controlled to surveillance the desired location and the information of the location and the activities are send thorough the mini cam built in the UAV. The capturing clips are simultaneously displayed in the connected computer according to the command. The received Clips of the surveillance location is also been saved. The commands given to the UAV receiver is a human command rather than the machine command. The receiver in the controller fetches the commands and they act according to that. Quadcopter can be controlled or they can travel automatically by encoding the map pattern. Quadcopter receives the energy required from the batteries. The Quadcopter can perform their mission at any risk places and based on the risk factor no humans are injured or killed.

Abstract:

Stress is much in the news at present but it isn't a new problem. Stress is a universal element and individuals in every walk of life have to face it. The employees working in different organizations have to deal with stress. Especially Bankers are under a great deal of stress due to many antecedents of stress. Pressure is part and parcel of all work and helps to keep us motivated, but excessive pressure can lead to stress which undermines performance, is costly to employers and can make people ill. These stresses contribute to decreased organizational performance, decreased employee overall performance, decreased quality of work, high staff turnover, and absenteeism due to health problems such as anxiety, depression, headache and backache. Three components of job stress: Excessive work demand, Career development and Role in organization were examined in this study. The objective of the study is to explore the stress related problems of bankers, factors which preventing stress in public sector banks and Interventions for managing occupational stress. For this purpose 100 questionnaire were filled by the bankers from the U.P east region in India. The results show that some of the component of stress cause great stress in bankers but some preventing the stress.

Abstract:

Immigrant entrepreneurship has become a major source of economic growth fueling economies in many countries. Traditionally, immigrants (especially first generation) preferred to locate within their respective ethnic enclaves and sell traditional and cultural products and services. However a shift towards knowledge-based sectors has been noticed during the last two decades.  Immigrants are increasingly engaging in sectors such as the high-tech which require higher human capital attributes. With much focus on the United States context, this paper reviews immigrant entrepreneurship in high-tech sectors and aims to bring to light its importance and contribution to the economy of the host country. The paper also discusses requirements and drivers of immigrant’s engagement in high-tech industries and identifies avenues for future research.

Abstract:

Biogas is a type of renewable source of energy which is playing a very vital role for various applications such as for cooking, water heating, operating small engines, pumping water etc. Biogas energy is generated when the wet biomass like cow dung, leaves garbage, pig dung, human excreta, sewage, kitchen waste etc. released by anaerobic decomposition.

Anaerobic decomposition of organic materials produces biogas which is a mixture of methane and carbon di-oxide (nearly 70% and 30 %). But best waste material which can be easily available is kitchen waste in a community level biogas plant. But, biogas  is distinct  from other  renewable  energies  because of  its  characteristics  of  using ,controlling  and  collecting  organic  wastes  and  at  the  same  time  producing  fertilizer  and  water  for  use  in  agricultural  irrigation.  Biogas does not have any geographical limitations nor does it require advanced technology for producing energy, also it is very simple to use and apply. In this Paper we have studied the operations for generating biogas from different types of kitchen waste.
