Abstract:

The Crypto Co-processor System Design is increasing the number of AES Encryption only.  At a system frequency of 400 MHz, increasing the number of AES Encryption from one to two and then to four Modules. Note that at system frequency of 400 MHz, one, two, four lanes AES Modules are running at 400 MHz, 200 MHz,  respectively, and the other parts of the crypto coprocessor are running at 400 MHz. Obviously, the consumed area increases with increasing the number of AES Modules with increasing the SDQ depth for each individual curve. More power consumption perspective, the use of AES Encryption pipelines running at 50 MHz results in lower power consumption than two parallel pipelines running at 100 MHz, or one pipeline running at 200 MHz. For more clarity, when the AES pipelines operating frequency is 50 MHz, the effect of increasing the number of parallel lanes on the overall performance of Crypto is dramatically large Moreover, the Crypto throughput when the input data varies from 8 to 3072 blocks. A huge improvement in throughput with increasing the parallel pipelines at constant AES pipelines frequency, where all AES pipelines run at 50 MHz.

Abstract:

A socially responsible business is a good business and there is major effect of their activities on customers, employees, communities, competitors, partners, government, shareholders and others. It becomes important to understand that such contribution helps in building a healthy corporate environment and therefore helps in making proper decisions that can increase the level of understanding of responsible business and good business. Even if we see from investors and financial markets point of views, it is really important for them to know how CSR activities are taking place that can integrate the societal needs with business strategy and performance which is truly a sign of good management.

The Government has prepared the list of Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to undertake such activities. There is a need to understand how the implementing agencies that are working to undertake CSR activities helps in building the overall capacities and strengths of their internal management. This paper will argue that CSR is not just a term to be taken into account but a wider scope that can help in providing clarity between companies and their beneficiary communities.

This paper will discuss about the agencies that are engaged with CSR and how far it can go to manage corporate motives along with community responsibilities that requires proper channelization of the potential to build a responsible corporate along with robust information.

Abstract:

Language is knowledge and a tool to communicate, to express thoughts, ideas, and feelings. It forges friendship, cultural ties and economic relationships both at national and international level. Knowledge is the key factor in the present world’s competitiveness. Knowledge of language is a prerequisite for that. Language is what makes us human. Patterned language is something specific to humans, that is to say it is the basic capacity that distinguishes humans from all other living beings. Language therefore remains potentially a communicative medium capable of expressing ideas and concepts as well as moods, feelings and attitudes.Language is a certain kind of physical event. It comes out as a response to stimuli from our outer environment. Language and its articulation arealso behavioral practices.Written languages use symbols to build words. The entire set of words is the language’s vocabulary. The ways in which the words can be meaningfully combined is defined by syntax and grammar. The actual meaning of words and combinations of words is defined by the language semantics.

There is of course no denying that the English one of the mostimportant tools available to human beings. It is ‘the’ international language, a tool to communicate among various cultural groups, various companies, organisations, communities, and various countries. This is because the number of the people who use English as a means of communication exceeds far more than the number of the people who speak it as their mother tongue. In fact in the present technical and scientific advances, the need of a common language has been successfully met by the lingua franca i.e. English language. This is well known fact that those who have a good command of English have great advantage over the ones who do not.

Abstract:

The impact of human dynamics on planned residential neighbourhoods over time has resulted in conflicts between classifying homes along mono-functional or multifunctional concepts. For residents, especially the low and middle-income earners, the essence of a home transcends beyond just a living space as a result of the integration of income generating ventures. This study analyses the historical development of informal home-based enterprises (HBEs) in Nigeria, the nature of activities, their economic and environmental benefits to households and neighbourhoods in general. A case study methodology was applied to the Nigerian situation through the analysis of secondary data. A review of literature on the historical perspective, nature and the economic and environmental benefits of HBEs was carried out. The result identifies both income generation and employment provision as leading attractions for enterprise start-ups in homes. Other contending determinants are personal focus objective and access opportunity challenges of homes to commercial activity areas. Activity types are small-scale engagements in retail, service production and manufacturing usually carried out within a particular dwelling and its wider physical setting. The outcome of the study provides contrary insights to previously held views that HBEs are nuisances that should not be accommodated in residential areas. In view of the numerous benefits derivable from   HBEs by households in the neighbourhoods, this study offered strategies for their integration from planning to design stages of any housing development.
